This little arm is small but mighty. My husband added it to his jazz/BOP drum kit to improve his cymbal setup with a splash. The extension mount clamp offers good flexibility for positioning his splash cymbal exactly where needed. The build quality for the arm is robust however the clamp itself is a bit lightweight. It would be a good improvement to add some rubber padding so It would not scratch the stand that this is being mounted on

Let's just get to the point: For $18, this is as solid a piece of hardware as you're going to get, and it's going to hold up to all but the most ridiculous abuse.Where it is excellent: The knurling on the arm, and the weight of the arm, both outstanding. The stand clamp portion, too, is well made. The far side has a groove so you can loosen and slip it over the stand without totally pulling off the wingnuts--so, no chasing dropped wingnuts in the dark.Where it is value engineered: The felts are fine, but not top shelf. They'll do, and you get two spares. The retaining nut for the felts is nylon. If you're going to value engineer one thing, that's the thing. The wingnuts for the stand clamp and toothed swivel, while light, are not crap. So, you'll be fine there. Don't raunch down on them with chanellocks, and you'll be fine.This thing doesn't have much reach. It's probably best used for an aux piece or a splash. It will hold those things well. I might not put a HUGE cowbell on it, if you like to wail dents in your cowbells. If you don't go at it like King Kong on steroids, you'll be fine.Five Stars...This is as good as you could possibly expect for the price, and then some.

I got the TENTOTEN Cymbal Arm holder for my husband and he definitely recommends! Here's what he had to say: "This is a great asset for my drumset. With such a 23 piece set, I don’t have a lot of room and this short cymbal arm fits perfectly with my cowbells and tambourine. I may be looking to add one or two more, now that I see how easily they fit."

This is a very nicely manufactured symbol clamp. It’s made of really nice thick gauge steel and is finished extremely nicely. Unit definitely has some heaft to it and should have no issues holding some pretty sizable cymbals.The price point is just right for it and is a great value. I would absolutely recommend it.
