Excellent product. Before we had it our refrigerator/freezer quit and by the time we noticed it we lost some food. That is when I bought this product and put in two probes: one in my big chest freezer in the garage and the other in the fridge in the kitchen. If there is anything wrong I get alerts. And it is a great way to make sure the temps are right. They also have great customer service. When my battery got low in one of the sensors I got an alert. When I could not remember how to recharge it I sent a query in and got a very quick response with clear instructions and a picture.Buy it. You won't regret it.

The product works as advertised, we had a bad probe and support fixed it on the spot and sent us a new one. I would definitely do business again with these guys. We have it on basement fridge to monitor freezer and refrigerator.

Working as promised. It took me a couple of tries to get everything connected, sensor to hub, hub to wifi. Might have been my not understanding directions. The software to program the sensors is straight forward and easy to modify and rename the sensors. I have not experimented with notifications, since the areas are within range. I am using these to enhance my ADT cold sensor. The ADT sensor has no documentation about what temperature it sends a warning, and does not transmit the temperature. These give precise readings and can be adjusted. I have not tried them in a freezer. Now that I know how they work I would get a couple more to go in my freezers and refrigerators.

I think this device certainly deserves everyone's consideration. Someone in my lab left the freezer door open, and that freezer contains 100k+ AUD worth of antibodies and other reagents. Luckily, I entered the lab to find out before the freezer reached melting point temperature. The freezer wasn't monitored remotely, so this prompted us to look for solutions. I looked through other options, like Govee Life and YoLink, but I decided on MOCREO because:1) The hub is powered by USB rather than a regular socket, thus not having to get a separate AU adapter since I already have USB power outlets in my lab.2) The sensors are rechargeable via the provided microUSB. There's no need to use AAA batteries, so that's less battery waste to buy and deal with. An added plus is that the sensor battery levels are monitored through the MOCREO app or online portal so we can recharge before the battery runs out.3) Ethernet capability in addition to Wifi is a huge plus; unfortunately I wasn't successful connecting through Ethernet due to the strict security protocols in my university, and I'm still working with the IT department to have it work via Ethernet. But I have managed to connect via WiFi so far, and it works in sending me alerts in a test environment.

We recently lost the compressor in a 2 year old refrigerator (with subsequent loss of about $200 worth of frozen items) and decided that we needed some way to monitor our freezers. The initial product includes a hub with two temperature monitor/transceivers which meets our initial requirement for a refrigerator/freezer and a chest freezer in our garage (looking to add a third for our refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen). The equipment installation was very simple, the programming/setup was a bit more involved. I'd recommend being a little bit tech/program oriented but with a little patience you can work your way through it. My hub is about 50 feet away with three walls (wallboard/timber studs) between to reach our freezers. So far the signal levels I'm showing are in the 18 to 25 percent level which was a bit of concern. However, so far, that's not a problem. I'm receiving information from the freezers without any issues. I've been using the equipment for about a week now and all is good. I intend to "defrost" my chest freezer soon which should give a good idea as to how well the alarm works. I'll update this review in a month with how the alarm process worked (set to go off at the 32 degree mark) and with the longevity of the system to date.😊 Update - my wife elected to defrost our LG freezer and not tell me. I received three alerts, one to my cell phone, one via E-mail and when I got home found the Hub "beeping" as the third alert. So for us, the system is working, hopefully it will continue to do so going forward. One minor issue is that I had to "power off/on" the hub to get it to reconnect to the sensors. Not sure why this occurred or if this is the result of some other event, i.e., power loss to the house (happens frequently in Florida) of something else. Will update this review if it occurs again. All I have to do now is to bring my wife up to speed on just what happens when these alerts occur. She thought that the hub "beeping" was some kind of insect that had found it's way into the house.
