I’ve ordered this item twice. First time I opened and it was broke. Was refunded. The second one arrived and as soon as I picked it up I could hear many broken pieces rattling in the box so I didn’t open it. Now I’m told I need to return it. My question is do I return it exactly like it was mailed to me. I’m elderly and it isn’t easy to take it elsewhere. Why was I refunded for the first broken one and not this one. A huge inconvenience and disappointment. Please advise.

Very nice. I love halloween and cookie jars and she’s very pretty. I also have these other two characters and you cannot go wrong with them. Wish there were more to buy such as the mummy or wolf man etc in this quality.
