Received the product on 19/03/2024. But when I tried to use the products the below issues were observed:Cons :1. Battery Discharge: the battery is getting discharged very fast, when I just started recording it consumes almost 1% every 30-40 sec. And without the power module, it is impossible to record long-duration videos.2. Charging issues: There is no direct port for charging the camera module only, you need to attach the power module to charge the device, also the battery module/power module is not charging fully, it charges till 68% and then it stops charging. I have tried from all the sources (socket, power bank)but the issue is the same for every source.3. Heating: The device heats up easily, only you can use it in specific conditions to avoid the heating issue.Pros :1. Picture Quality: The picture quality is awesome, comparing to the price, the quality is very nice. Also, there are multiple modes for shooting. But due to the heating issue, you can't use it for more time in outdoor shooting.2. You can use external mic only when you're attaching the power module.Cons:1. If you are planning to use it as a motovlogging device you may disappoint as it will not shoot for long due to the heating issue.2. Battery backup is decent. But for long shooting you need to carry power bankEdit : upon contacting the DJI service center, they asked to send the product in their authorised service centre and as the issue was genuine they replaced the old product with a new one.

Excelente cámara, resolución perfecta y muy cómoda y práctica. Si se calienta un poco pero es cuando le exiges demasiado. En resolución 1080/30 funciona sin problemas. 90 min.

This camera is amazing, yes it has the heating issue, but this cam is meant to be used in intervals. 1 min vid, stop and than again.Action camera has the heating issue cause they put so much processing power in tiny body that it hurts. So use wisely.Trust me, if you know how to use it, u won't let it sit in cupboard at all.

Buen producto, graba muchisimo mejor de lo que esperé y sus micrófonos son realmente bueno. El detalle es la batería que se consume rápido

No me deja pasar los archivos por cable. El ordenador lo detecta y se desconecta. No soy capaz. El dispositivo se calienta que arde y si estas usandolo con la mano no puedes seguir usandolo porque te quemas.Devuelto.

Obudowa kamery jest porysowana wokół przycisku i na bokach górnej pokrywy. Mimo że wszystkie folie były na miejscu to nie wyglada to jak nowy produkt… mamnadzieje że druga sztuka przyjdzie w lepszym stanie. Na stronie nie widzę nawet formularza żeby zgłosić problem z jakością, jest tylko opcja zwrotu.
