As someone who loves smoking meats, fish, veggies and just about anything else, I’m always looking for a good meat injector. I’ve tried a bunch of different types from the standard large syringe types to the ultra fancy/complex ones. Then I found the Spitjack injector. The short answer is it works and works well. It comes with different sized needle injectors, you can set the exact amount of marinade you want to inject and best of all it’s easy to clean. Unlike other injectors that I tried, Spitjack offers replaceable parts, so you can keep you injector like new for years.I’ve stopped looking, this is now my go to meat injector.

My husband smokes a lot of meat. We cooked for 50 this past weekend, three butts and three briskets. I have bought multiple injectors and none can even touch this bad boy. I bought it for largest needle as we inject with a sauce with large spices. We didn't need it. I injected 3 butts in less than 5 minutes. I could have bought a cheap one, but this thing is extremely heavy duty. The injector has a dial to measure out how much liquid goes out with each squeeze. My husband loves it, and that is all that matters. Just bite the bullet and buy it. No regrets!

Absolute BEST injector out there. I've owned cheaper products before. The rubber o rings west out to soon, or the thin injection needles bend & break. Not the Spitjack! VERY well made & easy to clean. The needles are small enough for chicken thighs, & large enough for big briskets & pork butts!

Very pleased with this purchase and Amazon shipped it across the pond faster than some domestic deliveries happen!
