I bought these speakers at the start of summer and installed them myself. I placed them around my pool . They will need an radio to run them being the are not battery powered. I did know this when I bought them so that wasn't a problem to me. However the way you connect them wasn't bad but it definitely could be better. It only has 2 three inch wires coming out the back of each so you will need some sort of out door split kit to keep water from getting to the wires. The sound is great, way more than I expected. I only have to turn my volume up quarter of the way and sometimes that's to loud for the Neighbors. This item is a great buy.

Very happy with them sound good I had set them all up and they worked great then a few days later one of the speakers started making a cracking noise and had nothing to do with weather or anything like that so I contacted seller and they shipped out a new one same day no ? Asked Just waiting for it to come in the mail but I’d also like to add that yesterday we had a really big thunderstorm and was raining water falls and after the storm was over I test out the speakers and they worked perfectly I will note that if you are looking for bass then you will need to add a subwoofer these speakers are made for mid level sound not bass would buy again if need to but hopefully not going to need to

The sound quality is excellent, we are so happy with this product. However, I wish that the exterior looked a bit more realistic as the paint job could be much improved.
