Really easy to use, but you need a good 10 pumps to be able to reach 4bpm. Love it!

So #1 I’m pretty harsh when it comes to reviews. If your product is so-so I’m not leaving a review. But if your product is sub par or well above average, that’s when I chime in. And it seems these days rarely is that the former of those two, but for this item, that is the case.I had heard about these from my cousin who is a plumber many years ago. And it’s always made sense to me. But up until recently, I haven’t seen them at a price (and I didn’t check but maybe once every 18 mo avg) that made since to anyone except a professional plumber. Well, with my toilet clogged, and having put prob $100 in chemicals down it aleady, I looked to see how expensive these were and lo and behold they are totally affordable. I was worried about getting a crappy one (pun intended) but I ordered this one anyway.The amazing part about this product is the simplicity. Follow the directions and it works like a champ.I’ve now used it 3 times. No issues at all. And it’s clearer the clog every time. I hate reviews when someone gets something but hasn’t used it. I can promise, it’s only been a couple short months but so far it’s 3 for 3. Kudos to these folks for doing it right!!!!!

I have never had a plunger that works like this one does. A little pricey but it works great

The product itself is very good, but the assembly and operating manual is far from good.Two reasons. One, it is missing the maximum pressure settings for various applications, such as toilet and wash basin. Those settings instead are printed directly on the corner of the shipping box that, in my order, was covered with the shipping label. That meant peeling off the label to locate the manufacturer's pressure settings, which are not clearlly printed to begin with, and then writing them into the manual before discarding the cardboard box.Two, the assembly manual says to install a small white sealing ring and piston, but the ring was nowhere to be found. After a frantic search, I spotted it inside the piston, which is a stationary stand-alone part of the unit that doesn't require installation.
