I’m very regretting my decision to buy these fans. You have to use the controller hub and some idiot decided to use a molex plug to power it instead of using a SATA plug. I bought because they are reversible through swapping the blades. This is insane, now I have to add another long cable onto my PSU and figure out where to stuff all the extra in this fairly small case.

I have 10 of these fans. They work great, look great! Easy to control with the TT RGB+ app. Love the fact that the blades are reversable. It provides just an overall cleaner look. They were a nightmare to get all 10 wired up. If you only use 3 to 5 with a single controller, fine. Seems easy enough until you're fighting with 10 big fat fan wires during cable management. I finally gave up on it. There's no easy way to get this stuff in neatly. The front side of the computer looks all pretty but the back side is a rats nest. My main complaint is the controllers are extremely flimsy. I inadvertently stressed one of the USB ports a little too much and it snapped clean off making the controller instant garbage. It didn't take much either. It was like the board inside was made of a saltine cracker, so be very careful when installing. Luckily, I had two spares. My other complaint is that these use Molex for power. I mean, 2003 called, it wants its big fat Molex plugs back. There is no reason these shouldn't be SATA or something smaller and easier to manage. In hindsight, I should have spent a little extra money and got the magnetic swafans. Then I'd only have 4 wires instead of 10. The TT RGB app is great in theory, but there are a few bugs that need to be worked out. It has a feature to rename each individual fan, but no way to save it, so it never saves the name you type in the box. It also doesn't always like to start up nicely and sometimes bogs things down on startup. Other than that, it's a great looking product that works decently enough... I just wish I would have got those magnetic fans. They would have been much easier to deal with.

Only sees one of my two controllers, Customer service was less than useless. The software is abhorrent, build quality is mediocre, and products feel cheap. I have had a terrible experience with customer service for all the Thermaltake products I've recently purchased, and will be returning all of it in favor of a better company's products, probably Corsair or the like. Steer clear of these fans and Thermaltake in general.
