I had a couple sets of OXO measuring cups and spoons which all lost the painted on labels. I grew tired of comparing to determine sizes and it was finally worth investing in yet another set that would last. These are nice enough. The labels are etched. I doubt they will ever erode and be illegible in my lifetime. A couple of caveats: there is no 3/4 cup size and the edges of the handles are not rounded so the tactile experience of using them suffers a little. But I am not dinging them a star for either of these given the price. They are as close to high quality as a good price can get you. They even come in a nice box so this would be a good gift for non-snobbish cooks. I am one of those snobs (I like good tools that feel good to use) but I bought these for myself and I know my limitations. I am happy with this item and I am sure many other people would be as well.

Measuring cups and spoons look well-made for the price. I wanted a set that had the amounts engraved in the metal as my previous sets were only painted on. The pain wore off quickly after several uses and washing. This set fit the bill! I love that they also come in numerous colors so I could choose what I wanted. The fact that they nestle too is a space-saver. Work well so far - ask me a year from now!
