Bought this for our 15yr old as a Christmas gift. He loves it and uses it daily. It's now March and he has had 0 issues. He uses it to paint his WarHammer models.

I'm new to airbrushing. This seamed like a great pump for the price. I have it in my basement workshop and it is really quiet. The paints that come with it are junk, but at least you can get a lot of practice thinning them. It came with almost no instruction so the internet will be your education on how to use. I had trouble with the airbrush. I watched a Youtube video on how to airbrush, clean, and take apart the airbrush. I found a small particle, maybe paper towel material, once that was out the airbrush work a lot better. Airbrush did come with a blown-up part breakdown. Because of the price, I would buy again.

Great little compressor...owed one of these models and used it for over 5 years and had no issues. I used it just about everyday, very heavy use. Also the airbrush that comes with was nice for being a cheap model. In fact it was easy to clean and worked good. This would be perfect for a beginning hobbyist or modeler. My old compressor did and i needed a replacement fast, got it in like 10 hrs. Highly recommended

I've been a professional artist for over 35 years. I did a lot of airbrush in my time with pro level equipment. When digital art became preferable for my type of work, I got rid of all my air brush stuff. Chapter closed or so I thought. Now semi-retired I just want to paint a few miniatures. Wow! While this is a first impression (so I may revise in the future) it does what it needs to do. I love how compact it is and the auto on and off feature so it doesn't run constantly. It has no tank so it has to run while you airbrush. It's very quiet compared to the beast I used to use professionally years ago. The built in pressure regulator and moisture trap are a plus and a total necessity. Don't buy any compressor with out those. Not sure why other reviewers here have pressure consistency issues. Mine responded to fine adjustments and the pressure stayed right where I set it. It has a nice lock down cap to keep the setting dialed in. And actually the airbrush that came with it isn't that bad either. It's actually better than the first airbrush I used professionally in the 80's. The paint is crap so I tossed that immediately.Learning to use an airbrush is a trick under the best of circumstances regardless of your equipment so do yourself a favor if you're a beginner. Do some research and watch a few videos. Setting air pressure is key. This compressor topped out at 30psi and thats usually too much for most airbrush paint. The more viscous the paint the more pressure you need but the paint needs to be thin enough to flow well. You need less pressure than you think. Watery thin paint goes through for me beautifully at about 18 PSI. A slightly more viscous paint is usually good with about 20-22psi. If you are at the max 30 and still not getting flow, your paint is probably too thick. The other key is cleaning. You'll do it a lot especially if you use acrylic which most hobbyists do. The constant air flow dries the paint quickly so regardless of airbrush you'll get clogs. You need to clean frequently and after your session probably do a disassembly cleaning. The quality of the compressor is important but has little to do with those specific issues which can be finicky. For the time being, as a decent first hobby air compressor I can recommend it.

I recently purchased the Timbertech Kit compressor and I have been blown away by its performance. This kit is incredibly easy to set up and use, making it perfect for both beginners and professionals alike. The compressor is lightweight, compact, and portable, which makes it easy to move around and store in a small space. Despite its size, the compressor is very powerful and efficient, and it can handle a variety of tools with ease. The kit comes with everything you need to get started, including a range of accessories and attachments. What I appreciate most about this compressor is its reliability and durability. It has consistently delivered consistent air pressure and has yet to let me down during my projects. I have used it for painting, and powering various tools, and it has exceeded my expectations every time.Overall, I would highly recommend the Timbertech Kit compressor to anyone in need of a reliable and powerful air compressor. It is a great value for the price and a must-have for any DIY enthusiast or professional.
