This is the best little gratitude journal. The prompts are easy and thoughtful. I absolutely love the little coloring pages as well. Highly recommend

I resort to this book whenever I feel stressed about anything. It also has colouring pages. I was not fond of colouring, but after I started it, I loved it.

This is my favorite journal!! I love how there are coloring pages and also many empty spaces that let me able to come back to each questions many times. The texture of the book is really pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

I am bad at remembering all the good things I have and being grateful is something I have to consciously do.The series of Tiny Buddha books are wonderful This gratitude journal works well as an inspiration and a journal type of book. It challenges you to sit down, take a breath and feel, look, touch and remember to be grateful - while writing it all down so that it feels more "real".These books are smaller in size with a semi hard cover which makes it easy to tote around, which I like to do because if I see something that inspires me, I can write it down right away.I am not crazy about the higher price, but I do like the way this book is put together and makes you think and feel and remember.
