Outer box is okay, but they are not divided in 12 sections as I was lead to believe. There are only 3 Velcro dividers that split the box in 4 sections, so there is no protection between the cups.

I ordered these to store china tea cups. The picture shows dividers but they came with only 3 short dividers fitting crossways but no longer dividers for lengthways. So the cups are not protected. They also came with styrofoam sleeves which probably fit wine glasses but are useless for teacups. I reordered another set and they came exactly the same- no lengthways dividers. Certainly not as pictured.

I ordered four different brands of these carriers in different sizes to use for transporting coffee mugs and tumblers for my pottery business. This brand was the best prices for four, and also accommodated much taller cups than others. The sides and bottom are very sturdy as are the inserts. However, when it is full of cups, the lid gaps on two sides. As you can see from the photos the lid only has a flap that goes over one side… the other two edges do not overlap. Terrible lid design and I expect that’s the reason for the low low price. If you are just using these for storage, not transport, I think they are sturdy enough to stack. However for transporting in a car or vehicle… absolutely NOT safe when carrying it full of breakable materials due to the way the lid gaps. Invest in something with a zipper top or lid that covers all 4 side walls not just 1. Also … was missing dividers for one of the four containers I received. Disappointed but could be great if they redesigned with a properly fitting lid.

Le quedó a una Koblenz no se que modelo, la que traía originalmente aunque tiene opción para usar en suelo rígido pero dejaba mucho que desear así que compré está y cumple con su objetivo, barre y aspira, trae ruedas en los extremos para cuidar más de los cepillos aunque se pueden quitar, yo se las quite pero no ví diferencia así que se las volví a poner, recomendado para suelos rígidos 👍
