On the third use jack fails to jack no sign of leakage. Trying to return or get support seems unlikely.Would not recommend. Tonda responded and said they are sending a new jack. We will see how that works. Hoping it works well the jack was fast and is much lighter than my other dual pump jack.

I put it together and put it up. Got ready to use it today to help a friend. And it does nothing. Guessing they don't come with fluid in them. Not really sure yet but I don't have time to work on a jack right now so I'll figure it out later. This is why I bought the jack in the first place. I didn't want to work on any of the others. Waste of time and money for the time being. Maybe it will be nice when I figure out why it doesn't work.

It looked good on the Amazon ad...so I purchased it. I already have a heavy duty floor jack and I wanted something smaller and lighter. Unfortunately after unboxing it and putting it together...nothing. I tried numerous times, checked the fluid level, ensured the valve was closed, and still nothing. It will not rise/lift. I saw that a lot of people had good reviews. However, I seem to have gotten a lemon. I'm sending it back and will shop for a brand name I know.

Much like other reviewers, out of the box the jack would not lift a load. I had to follow the instructions for adding fluid then purging the air. One tip, the handle sticks a bit when turning, so make sure you really crank it all the way in each direction when purging the air. Once I figured that out, worked like a champ. Raised up the car nicely. I only attached one section of the handle, so it took a bit of extra effort, but all in all happy with the purchase. Time will tell how durable it is.One issue I have deals with the rubber sleeves on the bar near the handle. You can see in the second picture, one is in perfect shape, the other looks like it was chewed up severely. Not really sure of their purpose, I might just cut the one off.
