This is great and convenient to use. There are so many pros, from how fast it heats up, to clean, the high quality materials it's made out of etc. It gets warm underneath and on the sides but not hot, and shouldn't damage any surface it's on as I assume it reaches like 50C max when it's fully on. It is lightweight,However, the only con for me, as others have commented on, is that the low heat setting is actually too much and I do wish it was like 150w or 200w, as it definitely is not like a low heat setting on the hob, but more like medium. I usually just keep it on the low/1st setting most of the time, unless I want to boil water super quick. However, as from what I've seen, every other brand that make these also have this issue. Also, just be careful of the power socket when cleaning the right side and not to get any liquids in there.This electric hot pot makes cooking easier and more convenient for me and motivates me to cook rather than buying ready meals or takeaways etc. I highly recommend it!

ICooks well and quick! But: it has one huge flaw - the location of the plug is not thought out well! If you cook something that could overboil (like pasta, water etc) the fluids can run down the side and straight into the mains plug!I had to change fuses in the plug 3 times!You have to stay with the pot and watch it cook! Not only unpractical, but also dangerous!! That's why other similar cooking pans have the plug at the end of the handle! Can't return it any more (have used it), would if I could. As long as you stay with the pan to make sure that all is safe it is a great cooker!

Much better than having to use other methods/stove. Does the job brilliantly and it's pretty much used by everyone in the house everyday. I wish it was a little bigger, but it's certainly amazing for the price.
