Nice halter for my needs to keep one on my mares during stay in pasture. I would never put anything but a breakaway in them while turned out.

My yearling is Notorious for snapping breakaway halters that have the clip on the throat latch. It’s SO hard to find breakaway haters that don’t have them. I was so excited when I found this one! And it’s affordable! Super easy to punch holes in the poll strap AND under the chin if you need it to fit a smaller horse. Great quality, super fast shipping. No complaints.

Bought this for safety while trailering my Rocky Mtn Horse to clinics. This fits over her normal rope halter for trailering. I feel confident that in case of emergency, my precious horse would never be trapped in the trailer in a halter that would never break to free her.

Great halter for the price - bought this one to replace the one I bought four years ago. Sturdy, very adjustable and the breakaway strap is not flimsy but it does the job intended and will snap when you need it to!I have a 14hh AQHA mare who normally takes a cob size halter but this halter sized down to her nicely - and it fits my much bigger gelding as well. Certainly a very good spare halter to have in the barn - can’t beat the price

I bought this for my horse for pasture turnout because he's difficult to catch when someone new is trying to catch him, I bought it to leave on him until he got to know everyone that would be handling him, fortunately for me and my horse, he got his halter caught and it did exactly what it was supposed to do, it broke! 10/10 would recommendThey also had a size for his tiny head!!!
