I can't believe it took me so long to realize I could make my own frozen pops. When it finally dawned on me, I tried with an old plastic set that was buried in a cupboard, but it was impossible to get the pops out after they froze. So I tried this silicone set, and it's perfect -- the pops pop right out with no struggle. They're probably a little smaller than commercial pops, but it's a good size for me. It's so much fun experimenting with recipes, and it's a great way to use up fruit before it goes bad.

I should have read the listing and description more carefully. When I read 12 pieces I mistakenly concluded that it was a set of 12 instead of a set of 4, with three pieces for each popsicle. May be good quality but they are way overpriced.

I purchased one set of these forms to make kefir frozen pops for my husband and me. As soon as I made the first batch, I purchased two more sets because I really love them. Each mold holds a bit more than 1/4 cup. They don’t leak and stack beautifully for fitting easily into the freezer. It’s easy to remove the frozen treats from the pliable silicon molds and they wash beautifully. For my kefir pops I blend about a cup of homemade milk kefir, a dash of almond extract, about a cup of frozen cherries or blueberries, about a tablespoon of Lakanto sweetener, and a couple scoops of collagen powder. Fill each mold to the inner rim after first seating the “stick” into its slot. Clean off any drips and place the lid on top. Into the freezer they go. In a few hours you’ll have a delicious and healthy treat. I was so pleased about the price reduction for such a nice product. The shape of the frozen pop is easy to eat and I haven’t had any issue with the frozen part falling off the stick.

I’ve had a variety of ice pop molds in the past that never got used. Some because they required advance freezing to make pops. Some because they did nto fit well in my freezer. Some because pops were difficult to remove. These are perfect for my purpose and have been in constant use since I got them. They are easy to fill and freeze, easy to remove pops and, maybe the best feature of all, pops can be stored easily in the original molds until ready for consumption. Also super easy to make only one or two pops, with leftover smoothie mix or a dab of leftover fruit combined with yogurt and maple syrup for example. Highly recommend these. Dishwasher safe too!
