Best swim shorts I've found for boys! Our 7 yea rold grandson doesn't like most swim shorts because they bunch up on him when he's in the water. He often tells us that he just wants to wear his boxer briefs in the water so I started looking for swim shorts that had something besides a mesh bag in them as the underwear part. When I got these trunks in, I had my grandson wear them in our jacuzzi tub & he kept telling me how much he liked them, how soft they felt, & how much he wanted to go swimming at the "big pool" in them soon. When I asked him about how the inside part felt, he told me that they felt "better than my underwear Nene; I want to wear them all the time!" So, I think I have found the solution to a sensitive young boy's issues with regular mesh sling swim shorts. Thank God!!!

The color and size are as described, but the inner elastic waistband and drawstring are of poor quality. While the shorts stay up when tied, the elastic band folds in on itself, requiring frequent adjustments to lay flat. This is inconvenient since the inner band is neither visible nor easily accessible. Aside from this issue, the material quality is decent, and the shorts are holding up well overall.

I cannot say enough good things about these shorts! My son is a very slender 8-year-old, and the size 7-8 fits him perfectly. I’m obsessed with compression shorts for boys, and I love that compression swim shorts are becoming more popular—no more itchy, uncomfortable netting! These shorts are incredibly soft, stretchy, and amazing quality. I compared them to a big-name brand we own, and the difference was night and day—you’d never guess these were just a third of the price. Perfect for sensory-sensitive kids. Just LOVE them!

These are the best swim trunks for boys! The inner liner bathing suit design is perfect secure comfortable! & My son loves the fun color & summer design!

I love that this has the tighter under portion as my son gets old and is running around more. Less chance for chafing :) The colors are bright and it has a functional drawstring.
