Solid box. Edges are oddly sharp so the finish isn't consistent with other Trangia products, but it serves its purpose well. No complaints here.

Select the smaller of the two sizes if you want the one pictured with the handle.I have a Esbit Ultralight Folding Pocket Stove with Six 14g Solid Fuel Tablets, a Lightweight Compact Folding Camp Stove Windscreen with a Evernew Titanium Alcohol Stove Cross Stand in the pouch (in case I want to use a Trangia stove), a lighter, a small whippity wipe ( to stop rattles and for cleanup) and some Minute rice inside. This fits inside a condor bottle pouch with room to spare for more food and the Trangia stove.A nice small handy mess tin you can use as a bowl, cooking pot, fry pan and a organizer for small objects in you pack.This will also fit upright in a molle canteen/utility pouch with room to spare.

This Mess tin is ideal for storage, rather than cooking., It does not have the handle that the more expensive versions have, which means that using it for cooking or eating out of would be difficult. However, the lack of a handle makes it idea for storage in limited spaces. I usd mine (I bought 2) as the basis for 2 survival kits. They are sturdat and light weight, and a good size for a comprehensive kit. The edge of the base and lid meet flush, which not only saves space, but means thay can be bound together with tape to make a water tight seal

Die Brotdose hat eine gute Größe, aber der Deckel lässt sich nur schwer schließen. Zudem verfärbt sie sich unschön. Ich würde beim nächsten mal wieder Edelstahl kaufen.

Difficile de trouver des boîtes en métal qui ne rouillent pas.Les deux tailles me conviennent mais j'aimerais pouvoir en acheter de plus grandes.Peut être sur Amazon ??
