I bought these for my rack at home, and was very impressed that all 3 components came separate in their own individual plastic bags. I also love the way the plastic washer makes the final fit look in the rack. Makes it look very clean and professional.

I have supported many data centers in my career as the Lead Global Server Engineer. I have used expensive IBM, HP AND DELL, and APC cage nuts and bolt kits. These are excellent! They fit smoothly, are secure but able to be removed by hand without tearing your knuckles off. The threading is machined perfectly and the bolts are nice too.I thought the price was a little steep for the quantity but it was in line with the other kits out there for sale. I chose this one and was very surprised at the quality and the ease of use. Buying these was a great decision as these worked better than the more expensive cage nuts I've used before.

These are the worst screws. They consistently strip. Buy a stripped screw removal bit if you're going to buy these. Wish I could return, but after the time frame.
