It fits/works fine. It's not as heavy-duty as the original, but still well-made. When you disconnect the old mount, the transmission will shift, and the mount will appear not to fit. Assuming the original mount is worn, it will also have already caused some shifting and misalignment. You can't judge compatibility by comparing to the worn mount. I kept the trans on one floor jack, and the car frame on another. This way I could adjust each up and down as needed to get proper alignment for the replacement mount. Attach the long bolts connecting the mount to the transmission first. Then, adjust the car frame and transmission to get to the proper alignment for mounting to the frame. Install and tighten the three bolts, and you're done. It's a good product.

Good replacement product at a good price. Fits nicely on 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT.
