The first resistance band order came in a plastic bag already half way cut open. I noticed it was discolored so I thought I had received someone's return item that they had swapped out. Placed a second order and band came in plastic bag neatly rolled and held together by a rubber band. To my surprise, this was also discolored. Is this normal?
