I have always seen Tulip products in the craft stores and wanted to try them, so I was super excited for this opportunity to try these fabric paints. So far I am very impressed. I have never used fabric paint before, so I have nothing to compare these to.You can use the provided paint colors, or get your own container / palette and mix your own. I admit that I have not used these very much yet, but I have a lot of plans for these. These plans include using stencils and / or handmade linocut stamps to add a design on to a tote bag, pencil pouch, or something like that. I will update my review after doing so. I probably won't use these on any clothing like t-shirts, as from my research this paint isn't great when washed.No complaints here. I would recommend.

I don't understand why half the set came in tubes and the other half in inconvenient and cheap paint pots that you get with paint by numbers set. Other than that it was okay.
