This is a very pretty dress for your toddler! The tulle skirt is only in some layers on the outside, with a stretchy and soft skirt underneath (so only a comfortable material will touch your child's skin). The stretchy polyester/cotton/spandex material will move with your little girl and keep her comfortable, even if she is active. I love this dress after getting it, it looks great!

My wife ordered this dress for our daughter to wear at events and special occasions, and our daughter is really happy with it. The sizing seems correct, and it fits her comfortably.

Soooo my daughter is 4 (4 and 3 months). She is about 42” tall. Weighs somewhere around 35 lbs. At Target she can wear most of the 4-5T but some 5T are too big. And in the big girls stuff the 4/5 xs stuff is sometimes ok but sometimes too big still.I ordered this red tulle dress in the 3-4T because I wanted it to fit her (and many times when I buy 4-5T dresses on Amazon they’re all loose or long). Not going for Laura ingles wilder vibe.The dress is adorable - it’s a little small though! It’s long enough, but the shoulders/chest are a little too narrow. I looked at the tag and it says 90. That doesn’t seem right. The 90 is usually par with 2-3T isn’t it?Idk I looked at the page here again and it does say the measurement (I missed it prior to buying)- -> 3-4 Years(Size 90): Length 23.2, Bust 20.9, Waist 18.5Check the measurements of your kid before buying but definitely buy it lol I will exchange. End rant
