This is a very advanced monitoring system and I use several others. I have been pleased with its results. Also, the customer support has been outstanding. I contacted them many times as I learned about the ring and they always got back to me within a day with helpful advice.

I have an Apple Watch, but I have to charge it every night. Therefore, it does not provide useful information on the amount and quality of sleep. In a few weeks, I have started to use my Ultrahuman ring, I have appreciated the data about the stages of sleep, The heart rate variability, HRV, during sleep, the stages of sleep, and advice about refining from caffeine intake after a specified hour. I wear the superhuman ring on my index finger of my left hand to match my wedding ring on my ring finger.

I read every review about every ring for weeks before I decided to buy the Ultrahuman ring. I was particularly interested in activity accuracy when compared to a smartwatch and as such, reviews were pretty favorable. My hope was to be able to actually wear a regular watch sometimes instead of my Samsung Galaxy all the time or to not have to wear a watch all of the time. The Ultrahuman rated pretty well for it to not be the Oura ring. But heck no, step count isn't even remotely similar to what my watch says. The ring step count consistently counts about 3,000(!) steps less than my watch. There is no way to "train" the ring, nor is there any way to correct the step count in the Ultrahuman app. Their FAQs state that the ring will undercount steps. Unfortunately, product descriptions seem to not mention this lack of product capability. Pity.Bottom line: I am pretty disappointed in the ring's performance for the rather high price. If I had to do it over again, I probably would wait until ring performance improved.UPDATEMy ring stopped connecting to the app and it couldn't be fixed. I thought customer service was very helpful when I tried to troubleshoot. They ended up replacing the ring for me, which works well EXCEPT for grossly undercounting steps. I've been in contact with them and they said the will have a fix for the step counts within a couple weeks. Still no improvement. I'm talking differences of 500 to 3,000 steps! They're best advice was to switch fingers. I tried that but that didn't help. Besides, all of the hoopla surrounding getting an accurate fit using a sizing kit, what was that point. Arthritis and wearing other regular rings are not helping either. And yes, the ring thinks I'm constantly napping.I'm pretty disappointed so. I'll be switching rings to something else. And I'm dropping another star.I see there are bunch of other reviews with the same or similar problens.
