I use these sheets to press meat patties before putting them in the freezer. The wrap then serves to protect the patties and make them easy to pull from the freezer (zip lock full of patties doesn't turn into one giant ice ball). They're about half as heavy as the scale sheets I used to use, but just strong enough to get the job done. These sheets peal off the patties quick and easy with no tearing. I like them so much after using them for well over a year that I ordered more. These sheets are durable enough for any fresh food wrap you may need as well.

So far, works well for one of the intended uses....to cover foods I am reheating in the microwave. I have yet to use in making gel mono prints in my art. A cheap and effective method for both, and less costly than using paper towels. Considering the amount in one box, I will not have to purchase again for some time.
