Axe-A-Lot-L is a fun game. The production value is great and the art is top-notch as expected from Ctl-Alt-Del. It does take a few rounds to get the hang of the rules and the turn order, but once you do prepare for cut throat chaos! Definitely recommend this one as a great value game with high replay value.

Initial setup seemed daunting with all the different decks, but after reading a bit, it wasn’t as bad as I thought. My eight year old son and I played and he picked it right up and ended up beating me. Lots of fun to see the artwork and the little nods to pop culture, most of them my son had to ask about. I like the feeling of the cards, not flimsy at all. The speed of the game is really good for two people. Just a nice little break to play a game.

In the line of games such as exploding kittens, this card game is fun to play and fairly easy to pick up. Lots of fun to play with friends or family as it's more accessible than many more complex strategy games. The art style is cute, and I love the pun of Axolotl and Axe-a-lot-l! Highly recommend!
