Item was defective at delivery. To date I have not received a refund. The seller Prime Marine as well as Amazon would not stand behind the defective marine radio. It was received as a Xmas gift for our boat and being in Ohio it could not be installed until March 1st due to the extreme cold. It would not work after hooking it up. They said it was outside warranty. I then sent to Uniden, the manufacturer. They would not honor a warranty either due to not knowing if it was new sent to me or refurbished from Prime Marine. I would advise avoiding Prime Marine as a seller! Very disappointed in Amazon. As a prime member this is very strange that they wouldn’t stand behind this either.

The write up did not mention anything about most functions only available for use in the us, here in canada the unit was almost unusable so was sent back.

Had to cut out slightly on the height but otherwise works well and fitted into my instrument panel.

Radio looks good and was able to program pretty easily. Installed at the end of September 2024. Boat on a drive on dock with a bimini top. Went to use the boat for the first time since the radio installation and cant see the screen as it has CONDENSATION...... NOT HAPPY. What options do I have now??????
