With limited space due to having stabilizer bars also, they used "Locators" on the top and the smaller "Equator's" on the bottom denture. I bought this tool as it will insert both "Locator" and "Equator" retention caps. The extraction tool will either damage or completely destroy the retention cap being removed so unlikely it could be used again. Shame as I am in the process of figuring out what strength retention to use. You want them held firm but you still need to be able to remove them for cleaning etc.The tool works as described and comes with instructions (no diagrams or pics).I paid $116.77 CDN taxes included, for a tool that should be priced under $20.

if you want to save money and just replace those rubber fittings on your zest anchor dentures then you need this tool .. I tried to swap those parts without using this tool and I just ruined my fittings doing it that way. so don't cut corners and think you can swap them out without this tool. you will learn as I did . .. this put the new fittings in my dentures perfectly and It saved me tons from paying the dentist

This was exactly what I needed for my bottom denture. I almost bought the one that is advertised everywhere for 90 something dollars, this was $72 and does exactly what it's supposed to. I've been walking around without the little plastic caps in my dentures for about 8 months now. It took me under 5 minutes to pop them in with this tool!!
