My APC 1500 BackUPS arrived some months ago, and I didn't take it out of the box until recently. The batteries were dead as a door nail, and they wouldn't take a charge. The unit was long past the return date, and I was stuck. I sent for the replacement battery, and within a half hour of opening the pkg, my Back UPS was running as it should have the first time. It was great. The moral of the story, at least try out the part when it arrives in the mail to test whether it's dead so you can return it. If you can't manage that with a new UPS, there are always replacement batteries--and this brand was effortless and performed perfectly. Oh, I have numerous Back UPS and have replaced batteries on all of them at one time or another. No problems so far.

Two of my APC Backup UPS 1500 units needed replacement batteries after 4 years of use. Knowing that this was a non-returnable item I only ordered one replacement to make sure these replacement batteries fit and worked properly. I was very happy to find the replacement battery was well packaged, fit flawlessly in my UPS and worked as well as the original batteries did when they were new. After thoroughly testing that my UPS worked like it should, I went ahead an ordered another replacement battery pack for my second APC Backup. Again I found that I was sent a well packaged replacement battery that fit just as well as the original and worked like it should. Order this replacement with confidence.

I was afraid to buy a third-party battery. I'm a network admin and used to work with big UPS and I always buy genuine batteries. For my personal UPS at home, I decided to give a try, with the idea to return it in case of problem (thanks Amazon !!).When I receive the package, I noticed two things :1- All the stickers on the box saying there's a battery inside were there. Nice thing for security reasons.2- The battery was extremely well protected with special battery foams.Arriving at home, just removed the old one and installed the new one which was 75% charged.Thanks guys.

This is the 2nd time I had ordered this item and the 1st one lasted 5 years.Delivery time was within 48 hours.This was easy to install and came charged so it could be used immediately. More cost effective to replace the battery than buy a new unit.

Al realizar el reemplazo de la pila, el UPS ni siquiera reconoce a esta pila, es una verdadera porqueria, es una copia pirata de la original. Mejor compren la original pila APC y no gasten su dinero en esta basura de pila. La estoy devolviendo en este mismo momento a Amazon y creo que Amazon no deberia vender estas porquerias.
