These were a perfect fit for my Samsung freezer door handle. I didn't want to replace the whole handle so was very pleased to find these parts. Very easy to replace too.

I was replacing the right side, but the end cap was broken. So I used the left end cap, and it was perfect. You need a 1/16 hex driver to secure the right side bolt to handle, that's not included. Everything else is great.

This part is not improved. Has plastic end caps that are prone to popping off and trying to mount left side impossible. The set screw on right side is not positioned to get full access to. Waste of time and money. Do your research on available parts that are guaranteed for the RFG298. This one will have to be modified in order to work which means it probably will not last. Back it goes.

Quality isn't great, both sides should of had the metal part inside. The side with just plastic you really have to force in, I get the vibe these won't last very long but I have my fingers crossed...

So far the replacement part has been everything it was supposed to have been. Better to spend $37 on a replacement part than $2000+ on a new refrigerator
