I'm not sure why I was so surprised/impressed with this; seems pretty obvious if you contain hot air inside a bag, any wet items also in the bag are *gonna* become dry, yeah? Still, even knowing that I was SO pleased lol.The quickness with which it happened was great, & the items came out not too terribly wrinkled. The one item that *was* super wrinkly normally comes out of the tumble dryer wrinkly as well, so that's clearly a fabric thing rather than a heat application-method thing. The whole unit gets folded down so it can be stored away or packed for travel to a compact size. It comes with a bag for that purpose that helps prevent it getting all twisted.Obviously this isn't to be used with heavy items, nor would I think anything large would fare too well. But for your everyday clothing items; shirts, pants/jeans/, undergarments, socks etc - it's ace!

This doesn’t fit a whole lot but it does help to dry clothing. I have found it best for tops and undergarments. For pants not as well as you have to hang them over a hanger which causes a crease. This is quite long but not long enough for my pants to hang them from the waist. I did try a pair and just folded the bottom sections of them up but the heat and air doesn’t reach the very bottom as well as the top section. For small children’s clothing this would work way better. For my tops tho, and for socks and undergarments it’s pretty effective. It does take some time but it does work. I’ve been drying my clothes for about 30-40 minutes then taking them out to finish drying and this helps them dry even that way much faster by getting a good head start on getting the dampness out of my clothing. I also used this for my sons winter coat after he had been outside playing in the snow and sledding and it helped it to dry fairly quickly. All in all I’m glad to have this during the colder months when I can’t hang things outside. It also helped warm up my bathroom as a side effect which was nice now that it’s winter lol so be aware of that for when summer comes as it does produce some outside warmth to the area it’s used in.

I really wanted to like this. I was very hopeful that it would be a good alternative in our camper when we went on vacation. Not a good alternative at all.We might as well just hang them on a line. This doesn't put out that much heat really because it closed don't drive very fast. Honestly, I can't imagine how much this would cost in power to dry your clothes on any kind of regular basis. You'd be in the poor house.I'll just stick to hanging them to dry unless we find a better portable dryer to use that makes sense. This was not easy to put together either. Not sure why they called it portable since it wouldn't be easy to put it up and take it down every single time.

This was easy enough to set up and it worked great until the dryer machine stopped working right outside of the return window

I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect from this. I’ve been using it for items that I want to air dry, but don’t exactly want to put outside (like underwear). This gets decently hot, circulates the air in the included baggy, and makes drying outside of a large dryer easy. This is great for a place that doesn’t have space for a dryer (if you use a portable washer like I do, this is great) or to take on vacations in case you need to dry clothes. You can wash stuff out in the sink or tub if there’s no available washing service and use this to dry. It fits about 6-7 pieces of clothing, which is the most I’ve put in. Usually only need one cycle to dry things, but really depends on the clothing and material, which means it could need two cycles. Overall, pretty good. However, this is NOT fully closed and has holes. The bag is made of fabric, so do not think this will hold in water if you put something very wet inside.
