Okay, so just had this thing a few hours. I had no idea that I needed to bite on the thing to get water to come out the hose! I’m sucking on it like, well, you know, for way too long. My mouth is sore and I think I gained new wrinkles! I finally look on youtube, as this comes with no directions. I also have no idea how to clean the tube, other than buying more items to clean it. It fit great in my backpack, will be fabulous on hikes (I got the one liter, as I use a hydration powder packet to add). Much lighter than bottles, that’s for sure. But gosh, had no idea of the bite factor. Prob can’t return it now. I put the whole thing in the freezer, as I read one person did to ward off bacteria. I don’t know how I will clean the hydration drink out of it as I’m not using it for water. Oh well. It was worth a shot. I’m sure I will love not taking my backpack off during mountain hikes and the less poundage of thermoses, but we shall see. Other than a long cleaning brush, there is zero way to clean out the tube. Even the “bitey” end will not clean completely as it’s sealed. Maybe get a few tries out of it and go from there. There has to be a water bladder that is easier to clean hose-wise. Maybe not. Don’t be an idiot like me and keep sucking on something that nothing comes out!! Laugh!

I like how easy it is to clean. It seems to be very well made and I am looking forward to giving the last star once I get to use it. I would recommend this

I bought this for one of my kids since we had a lot of traveling to do and she kept dropping her thermos. It worked great. I would buy again It did not leak and it seems very durable. It helped my child stay hydrated so it was a good value for the money.

My husband filled the bladder to the fill line and when we got to our destination, the entire side of the bladder was ripped. Liquid was just pouring out into his backpack! Nothing had touched it; we have no idea how the entire side seam opened liked it did!
