The overall quality was excellent given the price and it functioned excellently. It was used to ream bronze bushings to required size.

When I got this I had to tear it apart because it had some nasty oil and debris in the threads. The cutters had burrs that needed filed. After all of that it was good to go but it still wasn't that great.

Do not buy from this supplier they sell used junk products!!! What I thought was gonna be a new decent item turned out used. This reamer had metal shavings on it from a previous owner, the two end collars had been tightened up so tight, it left impressions on the collars from the blades and was no way to prevent the blades from moving once snugged down correctly after an adjustment. The cutting part of the blades were worn, this due to them being spun backwards that dulls them up. The blades themselves were not even close to being the same, and I used a brand new set of very accurate digital caliper to verify that.The entire reamer had many flaws from bad threads, wrong cut dull blades, bad collars, each opposite set of blades was a different measurement from the other set when when the blades are installed and measured, it would be nearly impossible to use this tool for accuracy without major modifications. These are supposed to be precision tools, not a desk paper weight to stare at. These are utter garbage and not even worth the drive to a UPS store to return it... it would cost that much in gas to get there and back. Thanks for absolutely nothing utoolmart, now I don't know if I can even use these for anything? It would take some very precise grinding on the blades and the collars to make it work like intended, probably not even worth the effort. Used garbage is what I paid for, I'll never buy another item from this supplier again... and you can believe it, I won't forget it.

Worked well. No instructions but just adjust size slowly and cutting fluid and cleaning out chips and should get the job done. I kinda wish it was longer or maybe I should have gotten a 25 to 28 so I could go deeper.
