This shoe has a nice finish. I kept meaning to get a pair of black shoes for those times I need to dress formally. My only hesitation was my past experience with Van Heusen shoes many years ago where I would end up with blisters after wearing for any length of time.Only time will tell, but I'm optimistic these will wear fine.I will follow up with an update to this review if they fail to perform after wearing for an evening.Very nice for the price.

These were a pleasant surprise, comfortable, and stylish. The shoes have a memory foam inner sole which makes them a little snug but the tradeoff is more overall comfort. The bottom sole is a rubber like material that adds a nice level of bounce and comfort to the shoe, and it looks like wood so you can wear these with just about anything. These shoes honestly look much more expensive than they are and they feel like like a shoe that costs twice as much. For the money you can not go wrong. My only complaint is that the buckle presses down a little on the top of my foot but that will fade with wear and also may just be the shape of my foot. I can easily say these are worth a shot. 5/5.

Here is my review to sum it up!- Fits perfectly.- Comfortable.- Easy to clean.- Durable.- Goes great with many outfits.- Provides great support.- Easy to slide on/off.- Made of engineered leather.- Great color.- Simple design.- Lightweight.- Flexible.Overall, these shoes are really practical and great for making a good first impression!

These fit as expected and seem comfortable to wear and walk around in. I love that they are made of faux leather, so cruelty free. My only issue is that I ordered the black and the metal work on the upper is sort of a silver/black color. I would really prefer a clean stainless. I think that would make a huge difference in the shoe. I have a thing about that dark steel metal look. So these probably won't get much wear, if any. But the shoes work and if I had ordered the brown I would probably be wearing them all the time. In fact I may order them now lol!
