Best vest for price. I wear this under another leather jacket and it keeps me warm. The battery takes a while to charge but does power the vest as advertised

Product arrived and was satisfied with it's function. Went to use it last fall, this winter and now I have a heated vest that does not heat. Battery is fine, control button on vest lights up and randomly goes through the settings and does everything but stays fixed on one setting or allows the vest to heat. First impression when I bought the vest It was a good value for the money, over time it is a vest that will warm you in winter months, just no function to the heating element which is why one buys a heated vest. Remember P.T. Barnum, I was the on born that minute I suppose!

Edited: Originally I gave this a four star review because we did not find any button or indicator that this vest was on or off. But after leaving the review, the seller actually contacted to clarify about that on/off indicator. I'm impressed that they followed up that way. There actually IS an on/off switch, on the bottom left of the jacket!Original review (before knowing about the on/off switch)Vest does provide heat, and the added benefit of an included battery. Of course, you can still use your own and may want to for longer duration of heating. There does not seem to be an on/off switch so it may be hard to tell initially if it is on or not when you plug the battery in. Though as you can imagine, cable inserted into battery probably means 'on'! Would recommend, this was a good price, comfortable, size fit as expected, and does warm the core body.

My order was on time and packed well. The vests are light weight yet warm, soft, and very well made. Each vest comes enclosed in an well made 6" x 6" x 3" zip up case made of rip stop fabric. The zipper runs around the top of the case on 3 sides with a rip stop handled sewn securely on the 4th side. I have 2 brothers and I purchased both of them a vest as Christmas gifts. My brothers said the vest fit true to size (one wears an XL, the other wears XXL), are very comfortable, and warm. One brother said it would be nice if the battery pack was a little larger so it would last longer (he sits outside for hours and hours at a time.) I personally appreciate the fact that the batteries are included and that I didn't have to spend additional money to purchase batteries. I priced vests without batteries included and to purchased batteries to go along with the vests it would have been quite a bit more expensive. If you really want a battery that lasts even longer than the ones included with these vests you can always purchase a larger one, but it's not necessary. The one that is included works very well. The body info listed below is for the XXL vest.

I’ve never before owned a heated vest/jacket so I wasn’t sure what to expect upon receiving this item. I ordered a size medium which fit my 5’8” frame well. The battery came partly charged so I was able to test out the heating component right away.The vest has three settings, and it defaults to the warmest first. It took no time to feel it heating up after turning it on. The max (hottest) setting is still plenty bearable over a thin t-shirt and is very warm. I couldn’t feel a huge difference between the middle and lowest settings, but they are also warm.My only (small) complaint/issue is the location of the heating area on the front. I was hoping for it to be a little higher, more towards the chest, but it’s right in the middle of my belly, which feels a little weird. The back heaters are placed up higher, near the upper back and lat area which feels good.The battery pocket is small and hidden on the right side and does not interfere with sitting or leaning back in a chair. It is barely noticeable when placed inside the vest.I’d recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice heated vest that also is stylish and can be worn in professional settings over a nice shirt!
