These have been a lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey, they first couple weeks I wore them all the time and still wear them occasionally at 11 months pp

New to breastfeeding/pumping mom here, like 14 days new, and I may have followed lactation consultants advice a little too well and ended up blistering my nips 5 days into my journey. I tried using nipple butters, Vaseline, Burt’s Bees, lanolin, ice, hydro cooling gels, you name it and I had tried it! It was to the point that I was getting defeated. The blisters kept getting worse because I had to keep pumping to ensure that my supply would come in.I started doing more research and I was like okay, let’s at least try it. Bought the nipple hats, they got here in two days, and I immediately put them in! WHEN I TELL YOU these things saved my life, I’m not kidding! Within two days the blisters had scabbed over and essentially went away!! I would 100,000,000% recommend them to anyone struggling with blisters! Do it, you will not regret it.With all of that being said, I do feel silly wearing them because they are pretty noticeable if your top isn’t super loose, but I mean if you walked around for 6 months looking like a beach ball, then you can wear these.

These were helpful for about a 2 weeks. They are easy to use. My baby has a tongue tie so my nipples needed some healing time. I put the silver covers in the refrigerator when I wasn’t using them and it helped however I started to get this weird itching and discomfort after 2 weeks of using them so I just stopped. I’m not sure if what I was experiencing was an allergic reaction but I felt better after I stopped using the silver covers, I did use the rubber cover for about another week with out the silver so my sore nipples could have more time to heal.

These are very comfortable and really made a huge difference for sore nipples. The silicone pads are great for adding a bit of adhesion against skin and makes them look a little less awkward when wearing under bra.
