I was excited to try these wheat straw cups as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic, but I was seriously let down. While they advertise themselves as "unbreakable," they are actually quite flimsy and easily dented. After just a few uses, the cups started showing signs of wear, and the surface became scratched and scuffed. The 12 oz size felt smaller than expected, and they weren’t very comfortable to hold, especially for larger hands. The texture of the material is rougher than I anticipated, making them feel cheap, and the black color started fading after a few washes. Despite being labeled as dishwasher safe, they didn’t hold up well in the dishwasher; they warped slightly, which made them even less sturdy. The cups didn’t feel as durable as plastic, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that they wouldn’t last long, even with careful use. I also noticed a weird taste when drinking water from them, as though the material absorbed odors or wasn’t fully sealed. The cups didn’t live up to their claim of being a practical, long-lasting alternative to plastic. I was hoping these would be a reliable, sustainable option, but unfortunately, they didn’t perform as expected. I wouldn't recommend these cups if you're looking for something that will last or hold up well over time.

These are a lot smaller than expected, but would be perfect for a house with young kids. We need so much more stuff like this to phase out plastic.
