Works great, I use this machine a lot between my large family as well as work parties.It's always a hit at friends kids birthday parties as well.

The machine works good but for the price will be good if the cover is included because when you start using it, the cotton candy fly’s all over the place.

For the price you would think the unit would be securely packaged for shipping. When I received it the parts where loosely thrown in a box and a lot of the red paint was chipped up and screws had fallen out

This machine is poorly made. It throws most of the sugar out onto the side making very little cotton candy. I have tried getting help from customer service but to not avail.
