I like these weights. They look snazzy and, being ceramic, they aren't subject to spontaneous shattering the way glass sometimes is.After reading some reviews, I was a little worried about "the hole" in the bottom. Now that I've used them, not so much. The body is hollow, and a hole is required for firing, or else the thing would blow up in the kiln. It's not a pinhole; the hole is big enough to run a small stream of water inside, shake it out, drain it, and air dry. So no worries for me.Although hollow, these weights are plenty weighty. I've had no problems with floaters. Another plus is the flared donut shape, which gives me lots of grabbing options if the slippery weight should start to tilt. I'll buy them again if I need more.

Great shirts at a great price. Bought these shirts for my 10 year old son for our Disney vacation in August. He was cool and comfortable (as you can be in Orlando in August).

Light and breathable. My son loves these for XC practice and they match the team colors.

I received these today. I like the size, shape and weight. I do a lot of fermenting and use an airlock, because of the shape (large opening in the center) I thought it would be handy to use. The weight is just under 8oz.The things that concern me, and it's why I wanted a photo, is in two parts. The tops are beautifully finished. When you flip them over, the view they don't show, there is a hole (pencil size) on the bottom that they must use to pour out the wet clay. My issue are;I don't see any finish inside the hole, it also looks almost impossible to clean. The bottom, I hope, has a white fired coat. It's hard to tell.I'm concerned about the finish in the hole and what may get trapped inside. I also don't know how safe the clay is if unglazed. I guess I could boil them but that still does not help unless it's fully finished. In fairness the site did say it had a small hole on the bottom, just no photos or real description. It not just a hole but a cavity.1 out of the 4 weights has chips or imperfections on it. By the look of it, it was touched during firing.Given how touchy ferments are to cleanliness I'm think I'll have to return them. I may look at filling the holes with a food safe clay or ???I really want them to work, I just don't want to take the health risk, or destroy my ferments.I'll update this review when I decide what to do.My thought are toward filling the hole. They are great weights and easy to remove from the jar even with my arthritic boomer fingers.Peace.

My sons loves these as sleep shirts. The material is very lightweight and keeps him cool at night. Size is slightly smaller than expected, so if you're on the cusp of two sizes, order up. All in all, good shirts for the price paid.
