Used these gas lifts on the door of my truck cap to replace the original ones. They are easy to install and work great. A bit stiffer than the original,but that's good. They hold the door open and are still easy to close. Highly recommended replacement over original lifts.

I've had these installed on my boat for 6 weeks and the shock is already done. Does not hold open at all. I was thinking I could at least get a couple years out of them but nope. But even a full summer.Update, customer service was very good about reaching out and getting me a replacement and making sure the replacement worked. I installed the new shocks and they are working good. If they fail again in such a short amount of time I will update. But the company gets 5 stars for caring to make things right.
