I wanted to have a Halloween costume but didn’t want all the bells and whistles. Just a simple costume. Then I came across this. Just want I needed. I went up one size as Lilo’s dress isn’t tight and I didn’t want mine to be either. I’m 5’ 2” and 120 lbs and went with a large. Medium is totally wearable but wanted a little extra room. It hangs nicely and loose. Flower accessory is a little cheap but I’m not planning to use it. Washed and dried and didn’t shrink.

I ordered a women’s plus size. This would be lucky if it fit a child!!!
