The ice maker works really well it would be nice if it kept the ice frozen .If you leave it full for a few hrs it starts to melt .Otherwise the ice maker works great .

I’ve had it for over a month. It didn’t work out I’ve been told to return it andi been trying too, i followed instructions and i been refused from seven different places I’ve talked to both Amazon customer service and the seller and they keep refusing to do anything. Not to mention it was left in my front yard with no fence and I’m stuck with this junk that costed me close to 400$. Extreme disappointment

This machine make ice like a crazy , had an older style where you added water to the machine but it broke down this machine has it’s own water hook up , I bought this one as it looked to be like the industrial ones like hotels have , I am not disappointed this ice maker kept all are coolers and cooler bags full . The feature on the unit lets you choose the size and thickness of the ice ,you can manually set the time the machine would run making ice , would definitely buy again great product.
