I recently got this button maker, and I have to say—it’s such a fun and easy tool to use! It does take a couple of tries to get the hang of it, but once you do, it becomes second nature. This badge maker works really well! Looks good, it's easy enough to use once you follow the YouTube tutorial, the quality of the badges is good for the price and overall worth the money :) The size of the badges is perfect for me too!

The machine it's self works great. While it lasted. The buttons that came with the machine are junk. I have 22 of the plastic backed 1inch work the rest didn't work and support was of no help telling me to increase pressure when pushing down the lever but I pressed so hard that I was waiting for the handle to break off of the machine and they still didn't work. The plastic backs in the 58mm seem to work fine but the metal backs would fall apart really easily even though they appeared to work fine. I haven't really done any of the 32mm but I'm expecting some issues with them as well.With all that said I purchased buttons from a 3rd part vendor here on Amazon that work beautifully with this machine with the only failed buttons being my error because I was trying to rush. I've included a picture of the failed plastic buttons in the 1inch. All of the backs are still usable if only they worked in the machine and I had replacement front pieces and plastics.2nd picture is of the 3rd party buttons I made in 1inchEDIT: after reaching out to support and sending videos of the buttons not working, support offered to send me a new machine increased to 4 stars, will update again when I receive the machine.Edit: didn't even make it a month and the handle broke off. Luckily support is sending me a new one that will be here in a week but I don't have high hopes for it. I ordered another machine from another company too.Final edit: I've lowered the stars to 1 after receiving the replacement machine I made 1 button and then the machine fell apart. This machine is worthless junk. I won't buy another machine from this company. 2 machines in a month that both broke shortly after using. I bought a machine from another company here that has keychain and bottle openers in their store for the machine and it has zero issue. I will buy another one of their machines for the school I work at. This sucks as we weren't able to get our mother's days buttons made for the students to take home.
