Got the box in perfect condition, all of the parts were there as well as a set of assembly and usage instructions. It's pretty straightforward, I've tinkered with it a little bit, just bending a few small pieces of scrap to get used to how it works. Next thing will be a couple of small bike engine brackets. I know if I have any problems, it'll be user error and not the bender.

Some of the other reviews commented on the sloppy tolerances between the pins and holes. This is very true and it's pretty awful, but I found a simple fix. I bought three 5/8"x8", partially threaded, Grade 8 bolts and cut them to the correct lengths (two @ 4", one @ 3"). The unthreaded portion of these bolts was more than long enough, and fits very closely in most of the holes. A couple had enough extra paint build up to get in the way, but that was easily cleaned out. I did also have to drill out the 90 degree die slightly, but all the other dies were fine. With this modification it doesn't feel like a cheap piece of crap anymore, and you can actually make some consistent bends with it. No idea why the manufacturer didn't pick pins that match the hole size, but at least it's a simple and fairly cheap fix.

…if you dont, theres youtube videosDont stress this is worth the money and if you know how to use it you can make money by bending tube to make handle bars. Add annenglish wheel and bead roller and you can also do fenders and tanks. Just learn how to wrench and you can build bikes

My YP-9 Bench Top Bender was delivered ahead of the estimated delivery window, so super-fast shipping. It was packed in a cardboard box, which was heavily damaged, but other than a few small paint chips all the tool parts were present and in good condition. The tool seems well built and works great. I was easily able to bend 2" x 3/16" mild steel bar (cold roll) with a nice clean radius. I would recommend clamping the workpiece to the stop block to prevent it slipping as you progress through the bend. The only criticism I'll offer is that the manual is pretty rudimentary with poor diagrams. Luckily this is not a complicated tool to figure out, so that is not dire enough to be worth a star.
