This thing is amazing. I had to use it on the way to work the day after it arrived. On the side of the road at 4AM without much light it was really easy to figure out. Controls are completely intuitive and it's an absolute lifesaver. Super quick to inflate my tire back to the desired pressure. I was done and on my way in less than a few minutes.

We got a second car, and I wanted something to keep in the trunk in case of a flat. Previously, I had a similar VIAIR model with the analog gauge--I decided to give this model with a digital gauge a try.Compared to the model I have with the analog gauge, the LED in this seems to be a bit brighter - which is great for lighting up the ground near my tire. The cord is plenty long, so even if you only have one 12V outlet in your vehicle, you should have no problem hitting all four corners.It's extremely easy to adjust to the desired pressure and activate the pump. The screen has pretty good viewing angles for an LCD, so you shouldn't have any issues keeping an eye on things. Just like my analog model, the pump is powerful, quiet, and runs pretty cool to the touch. It shuts off at the correct PSI.Based on comparisons with a handheld tire pressure monitor, the onboard digital pressure regulator is accurate - within +/- 1.5 psi of my analog handheld meter - well within margin of error for consumer products.I have used it to inflate two tires from ~20 psi to ~35 psi back to back - the pump took it in stride getting only slightly warm, and quickly cooling off thanks to its substantial heat sink.While I don't believe Project Farm has reviewed this exact unit, I believe it would get a high score in his test regiment, and should be a consideration for purchase!

This portable air compressor is simply great! Easy to use and fast in filling up low tires. I can't believe that I spent all those years of going to a gas station to find an air compressor that worked. This works on my cars, bikes and scooters. I bought one for every car!

Vibrates a bit when operating (rubber feet keep it from bouncing around on the ground, though), doesn’t have a deflation feature (correction, the screw-on chuck version at least does have a deflation function: unscrew the chuck a little bit and the tire will deflate and the gauge will still read the pressure), and the display is the wrong way around.Otherwise it’s excellent for my needs. It’s quiet. The auto off works well and seems accurate. It fills my admittedly small 205/55R16 tires at about 1 psi every couple seconds when topping off. It’s compact and lightweight. The cord and hose are more than long enough without being excessively long. The controls are dead simple. It remembers the pressure setting when turned off. And it seems durable, but time will have to tell on that one (after a couple months use: so far so good). The carrying case seems high quality as well.

I needed a portable compressor that would get fairly frequent use so I didn’t want a cheap unit that might run a few times and quit. I am very impressed with the build quality of this unit and was quite surprised with how smooth and quiet it was when I ran it for the first time. The pressure gauge appears to be perfectly calibrated and the unit topped off a car tire from 25lbs to 32lbs in just a few seconds. The auto shut off feature worked perfectly and the digital gauge was easy to read. This unit is by no means the cheapest option but I expect that I will have this unit for years to come.
