This tea kettle is great. Does a good job with loose tea and it keeps it warm better than the other ones I tried and sent back.

Pretty good, I’m enjoying my strong tea everyday just have to run couple of time.

Pros: nice to look at, well built, heats up quickly, infuses well (I put loose tea in a bag before putting into the infuser so it’s easier to clean up), temperature control is niceCons: the volume of the beeping. And the beeping for everything (buttons, removing the kettle, turning it on, turning itself off). Biggest con for me is when it’s done reaching the set temperature it turns itself off. You have then go and set it to maintain a certain temp for 30 minutes. (It does beep to tell you it’s off). It’d be much better if it defaulted to staying hot for 30 minutes after reaching your set temperature

Love it very nice if your a tea drinker this is the teapot you need brews a nice cup of tea and is able to keep it warm for the next cup perfect

I’m so surprised how amazing this thing is!!!! I’ve always done tea the tradition way, tea kettle, tea pot, bone china, etc. I decided to take a chance on this just to try it. This thing heats up incredibly fast. I’ll start the water and before I’ve even gotten my cup, creamer, and sugar out, it’s read at the perfect temperature for what tea you’re making. I didn’t even know it was possible to heat water this fast. The tea steeper that it comes with is also perfect, it’s the kind with little holes instead of mesh, which keeps pieces of loose tea from getting in your water. I drink an absurd amount of tea and this thing holds a LOT. Sometimes I use it only to heat the water so I can drink different teas as the mood strikes me, but of course I have a favorite so it’s nice that I can also steep my tea in this thing and have a pot of it. Pull the infuser out when you get it just right then later you can reheat it if you feel like drinking some more. They always recommend you use vinegar to clean your teaware, a smelly cleaning method that’s hard to get rid of, and you have to soak it for an absurd amount of time to achieve only mediocre results, when you can literally just rinse it all out using a little bit of baking soda and water that instantly removes all tea residue and leaves it squeaky clean.
