I’m disappointed in this product. First, I ordered a size 12 for my almost 11 year old and it looks quite small. My daughter is average size for her age as well. Second, the material is incredibly thin, if it gets caught on something small it will snag very easily.Third, mine arrived with some kind of spot on it. I will try to get it out with a stain remover but it’s just kind of gross and annoying.I like the style of this top and Volcom is typically a great quality brand but I would pass on this swim shirt.

I got this Volcom rash guard swimsuit for my 8-year-old daughter and ordered a size 8—it fits her perfectly! The material feels really durable, and I love that it offers SPF 50+ protection for those long days in the sun. The long sleeves are great for extra coverage, and the design is super cute too. She’s comfortable in it and has been wearing it nonstop for swimming and beach days. Definitely a great buy if you're looking for a stylish, protective swimsuit!

I love these rash guards for my kids because they save me (at least partially) from having to slather sunscreen over every square inch of their bodies when we’re at the pool, lake, or beach. Total parenting win.This particular rash guard feels super durable and looks like it’ll hold up just fine to whatever chaos my 9-year-old puts it through—climbing, cannonballs, whatever. As others have mentioned, it does run a little small. I ordered a size 10, and while it fits now, I suspect it’ll be passed down to little sis by the end of the summer. My daughter is 9 and on the skinny side.Still, 5 stars. It’s cute, it’s functional, and it buys me a little sunscreen sanity. That’s a win in my book.

This is very ok. It is not the high quality I expected from the brand name I purchased. It is much thinner than any other rash guard I've ever purchased for my daughter. She loves it because of that, but I worry about how long it's going to last through sun and chlorine and beach days this summer. The stitching is okay.The fit is good for my toddler.

The quality is questionable, there were seams that were already loose and fraying. It’s very thin, which isn’t bad for swimming, but the material is so soft that it feels like it’s going to snag if they touch anything. I can’t imagine this would last well on a boogie board. Runs a bit small too.
