Unfortunately I had to return this item since my tile is round and this square shape would not allow me to turn in order to tighten. I did not have the tools to cut the bathroom tile to make this work.I really loved the quality of this extension arm and was a great value.My search will continue

This shower arm arrived in a small cardboard box, just big enough to fit the arm, cover, instructions, & complimentary teflon tape in it. The metal pieces (the arm & cover) were properly wrapped in plastic to protect them.The directions are simple & easy to understand, & even provide you with a photo at each step to show you what it should like. It took me maybe ten minutes to install.The shower arm & cover itself, is made of full metal & has an incredibly heavy weight to it. It’s very obvious that’s it’s an incredibly good quality. The shower arm cover is even on all four sides, so the piece looks clean once installed. The shower head nozzle is so well placed on the arm, that when your shower head is connected, they look as if they’re one piece. I highly appreciate that detail, & it again speaks to how good the quality is.This shower arm is one of the cheapest priced ones I’ve found, & the quality is superior. I’d go as far as to say this shower arm is comparable to the top shower system brands, & maybe even better.For the price, & the difference it makes your shower feel, you cannot beat. This is the one to order, & I am more than happy with my purchase.
