Replacement bulbs for our Kitchen Aid Microwave. Generally easy to install. More issue with the socket these lights use in the microwave. If you have big hands/fingers it is difficult to get an adequate grip on the glass portion of the bulb to marry up the bulb's connection with the light socket. Value for money won't be known until we see how long the bulb lasts before burning out. Hoping for the best.

These replacement bulbs were a fraction of the price of the OEM parts, and they fit perfectly into my 2008 Kitchen Aid "over the range" microwave oven.

If you press fan and light , on a touch panel Whirlpool, the power surge from powering 2 circuits at the same time, causes these to blow. They are not as durable as the OEM product, but they are cheaper. NOW, I cannot speak to other brands of Microwaves, but the WML55011HS MAY cost 400.00, but you are going to be eaten alive by replacing the bulbs with "low cost" bulbs :) I 1st bought from this seller 2 years ago. 12.00 for 2. 1 time last year, 9.99, TWICE.....in the last 10 months @7.00. Iv'e paid 10% of my initial cost, in bulbs, thinking the issue was the circuitry. NOW, it HAS to be part of the issue, but exacerbating the issue is cheap quality bulbs, which are or they are not adequately reinforced for the current in the WML55011HSSo I am going with a different brand this time.Worth noting that on the WML55011HS, if you clean the surface with anything damp and are not FIXATED ON NOT DOING IT, you will trigger both devices at the same time :) Walk in to your kitchen at night, reach up to fumble the light on, run your hand over both, there are a PLETHORA of ways in which you can unintentionally activate fan and light at the same time. Poor design on Whirlpool, but shame on the bulb people for producing a product that doesnt allow for the power requirements to cover such an instance.Took me 2 years to figure out what was causing these to pop and paying MORE for a thicker filament is fine, but palming these off as "Acceptable", when they are not, is just a typical, over-seas, sales gimmick.I read 7 reviews, 1 was a "not made to last" and no info on product, but id bet it was a WML55011HS :)So, buyer beware. If you have a touch screen Whirlpool and you've blown more than 1, come and see, come and see :)

This Ketofa bulb works in my Whirlpool WMH78019HZ0 microwave made in 2017, and it replaces the OEM bulb part number W10709921. It’s the bulb for illuminating the range. The hardest part of installation as finding a screwdriver. Advice: this bulb comes out by pulling straight out, so do not try to unscrew it. The dimming function works fine, and the price was better than other options I found. Here’s my rant against Whirlpool (not Ketofa’s fault): I don’t know why they did not design the microwave to take a standard screw-in base (like E17), so I could just grab one at the local hardware store. Another great option for 2017 would have been to use a LED bulb that lasts longer.
