I'll begin by stating that I really like this pegboard, and that ABS plastic is a natural choice for such a product as it is light, inexpensive, and the color is infused into the material versus scratches/gouges removing color from metal and wood pegboards. Time will tell if the right plastic in the right thickness was selected by the manufacturer, but on initial use it's doing fine with no noticeable sagging or deforming of any kind, even where loaded up with heavy items. In fact, my peg attachments are deforming long before the board will. It looks very handsome in black and elevates the aesthetics of my work area significantly. This product comes with drywall screws and some people are claiming to get a secure fit by using only those. Consider me skeptical of those claims. I think it's only a matter of time before a user will impatiently yank something that ought to be lifted out, and in so doing they will pull the pegboard from the wall. I strategically used anchors in addition to just drywall screws. As for the limitations, a fair percentage of peg holes cannot be used due to the design of this pegboard. Holes along the upper boarder cannot be used, as pegs impact the perimeter frame. Similarly, the supporting structure behind the pegboard, which is shaped like a grid, interferes with pegs too, resulting in a grid of peg holes that cannot be used. This did force me to use alternative arrangements for my tools. One limitation of ABS plastic is that it's brittle. Some users reported receiving product damaged from shipping, which proves the point. Fortunately, I did not. Nevertheless, as many folks set up pegboard near a work bench, when things something go bang, a more impact resistant plastic might be a better choice, if one exists. I'll update this review if I encounter issues from long-term use.

Listing says 72", but all images show them stacked vertically, which gives a false impression of the aspect ratio and overall sqft of the item boards.Technically, if you stacked all of the lengthwise, it would be 72", but none of the images show them in this configuration so I believe its intentionally misleading.Other than that, its fine - just a plastic pegboard. Seems decently sturdy when on the wall.

Because of somewhat erratic stud locations, these units were mounted on furring strips. However, inserting hooks into the holes above the furring strips was difficult. Some older 1/4" hooks with pegs and some newer metal ones without pegs worked OK, but the plastic hooks designed for use with these boards require nipping about 1/8" off both the offset end and the pegs to enable insertion and fit. Had these units been mounted flush on the wall as designed, hook issues could have been a real pain. I like the material and general construction of the boards. For some reason, the 3-section kit that I ordered came with four 16x24 panels, so my installation ended up 48W x 32H, on 3 furring strips, which was fine for me!

Perfect! You can't find plastic pegboard anywhere but here. Why plastic pegboard? Well, I own a Chevy Avalanche pickup truck with a factory rubber mat in the bed. Because of this sticky rubber mat, it's very difficult to slide anything in or out of the back of the truck. I like the mat because it keeps the bed in good condition, so I tried some regular pegboard which worked great. The only problem was that it's not very tolerant of moisture. But this plastic pegboard is perfect! It's black which matches my truck perfectly. It's thick which makes it very durable. It's light so I can take it out easily when needed. And it's moisture proof which means it should last a very long time! I highly recommend this pegboard. It comes two pieces to the package - each 24in square.
